NAGALAND'S KITCHEN- A STUNNING ENCOUNTER

Nagaland, located in very Northeastern India, is a state that’s just north of Myanmar and just south of China and Bhutan.
There are sixteen main tribes in Nagaland, each with similar yet unique traditions and practices. Rice, pork, chicken, insects, vegetables, and famous chili sauces are essential in the Naga diet.
Experienced Naga Food at NAGALAND'S KITCHEN for the very first time and I can't believe how wonderful it was.

To begin with we had the authentic Naga soup which was very delicious and nutritious and yummy. Definitely something you can try.

Then we had bamboo shoot salad which was again a brilliant choice for us. Very healthy, fresh anf tasty too. Smoked chicken inside it was so perfect. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

We also had bamboo shoot chilli and prawn chilli starters which were very yummy. Light , tasty and lovely.

Their special Naga chilli was worth trying. It was spicy and such a delight on the table.

Then we had the Naga Thali, which was above brilliance. It had so many different types of items and each and everyone of them was droolworthy. Even the rice had a very nice flavour. Something you surely can't miss. Highly recommended.

Coming to other things I had.

We also had some starters like chilli chicken, chilli mushroom , spring rolls and more. They were quite delicious and heavenly. Every dish was tasty and had a good quantity.

I also had a non vegetarian sushi Platter which was beyond expectations. It was super delicious and something you should surely try.

We had the veg dimsums which was too delectable. Gooey dimsums with generous filling and some really nice taste. Perfect for the vegetarians.

Their desserts are to die for.
Their brownie with ice cream is heavenly and droolworthy. Definitely a perfect pick.

Their Darsan is definitely something you gotta try in the end of your Naga food. It's different, delicious and definitely very tasty. Highly recommended.

I always wanted to travel to the eastern side of India and experience the wonderful places and their food but till the time i am not, it makes me really happy that atleast we have Nagaland's Kitchen.

Brilliant food, great ambiance and a lovely experience entirely.
