Boheme- A Stunning Locale

Have you ever been to a place and felt that sudden peace in your heart that you were looking for from a really long time. Work and the hectic life of Delhi makes our lives misrable. Do you want a solution? Read this review and you'll get the answer.

I had gone to review this Restaurant called Boheme and below is a review about it.

To begin with, we were served with the Bread Basket which was served on a wooden platter. This is complimentary and as soon as you sit they serve it to you. A nice gesture worthy of a sophisticated cafe.

In the Drinks section, we ordered
1. Coffee Shekrate
2. Orange & Lime Cooler
3. Cappuccino
4. Iced Tea (PEACH)

The coffee shekrate was appetizing and the mix of coffee, ginger and old monk and a little bit of lime juice gave the perfect taste to it. The aroma of coffee was mesmerizing.
The Orange and Lime Cooler had some really strong flavors and tasted really good. Fresh and a beautiful looking drink.
The Cappuccino was Perfect.
Iced Tea was flavorful and had a very soothing taste.

The food that we had :-
1. Normandy Roast Chicken
2. Pita Pockets with couscous, chickpeas and beetroot
3.Parmigiana
4.  Pesto and mustard fish
5.SIDES- Garlic bread with olive tapenade & potato wedges
6. Florentina Pizza (veg.)
7. Kokum Curry (veg.)
8. Italiano Spaghetti Pasta

So, The Normandy Roast Chicken which was served with potatoes and onions was a droolworthy dish. Chicken which was slow roasted with garlic and butter and glazed with a tangy orange sauce gives it a heavenly taste. If you are a chicken lover, this one's for you. Also, i loved what i saw i.e. great presentation.

Pita Pockets which were stuffed pita breads served with Avacado and Arugula salad. We ordered the couscous, chickpeas and beetroot one. Fresh and mouth watering. Loved the dips. Ample amount of filling and was over loaded with great flavors.

The Parmigiana is a classic Italian Recipe which had eggplants and baked cheese. I tried this dish for the very first time and i am defenitely recommending it to y'all. The gravy was so delicious and had such amazing flavors in it. Eggplant with the cheese was a treat for my tastebuds. If this is what eggplant tastes, i can eat it everyday. Full marks for this one too.

MY FAVORITE DISH.
Pesto and Mustard Fish. OMG.
This dish is not going away from my head. What delectable zest it had. The Grilled Basa Fish was served with couscous as its base and roasted potatoes. The restaurant staff suggested me to try it and I was really impressed because it is very important for the staff to be aware about all the dishes. So, the dish was flavorsome and the fish just melted in our mouths. Even if you dont like fish i am sure this dish will make you fall in love with fish. I am still drooling and you will too. TRY IT FOR SURE.

Potato Wedges and Garlic Breads were the apt sides that we needed with our pizza and pasta.
Great taste. The garlic bread was surprsingly very soft and did taste yummy.

The Florentina Pasta comes with chicken but if you ask them they'll not add the chicken. So, we took a veg pizza. This wood fired pizza was tasty. I liked the texture of the pizza and its tenderness. A plain and simple pizza but with some really sophisticated ingredients like ricotto cheese, sundried tomatoes etc.

Kokum Curry (veg.)
Had the perfect taste of the malabar curry and we were served parotta along with it which was very soft. The way they served this dish was really cute. Full of vegetables and had the perfect spices and punch.

Italiano Spagetti Pasta which had rocket leaves, Cherry tomatoes, black olives and olive oil and two garlic breads were served along with it.
 Very Delish and very platable.
Light, fresh and appealing to the eye.

Desserts-
1.Coconut Puff
2. Homemade Icecream Flax Seeds and Fresh Fruits.

Both the desserts were diverse in the taste and only if you like to experiment with food you should try them. My favorite was the coconut puff, soft and yummy.

Boheme- Food, Music and Art.
The name completely justifies the ambiance of the restaurant.
So beatifully decorated with various wall hangings and there is a stage as well where you can see various artists performing regularly. The bar looks quiet appealing.
There is a small space on the outside too which will be perfect in the winters for people who would want some solace.
The service could have been a little faster but I was very impressed by the clothing and behavior of the staff. Maintaining a good staff is really important for the restaurant to reach heights.

All in all, I had a great time at Boheme and would surely suggest everyone to try it out. Especially in the evening this place is something else only.
A Lovely experience.

The Full Moon Festival by Vamos Eventertain

The Full Moon Festival by Vamos Eventertain

Vamos Eventertain hosted The Full Moon Fest on 28th and 29th of October 2015. It was a first of its kind event that marked the beginning of celebrations for Karva Chauth and the long festive season ahead. The Event went on in full swing for both the days at the Mahavir Mandir in Greater Kailash-1. It was sponsored by Affinity Salon which was the official beauty partner; Champalal Jewellers and Hiranyam M. Rajsons, the official jewellery partners; AMS was their official matrimony partners and the evening was powered by Armaan Building Solutions, Pzone and Microfilter.

The Event attracted a lot of crowd from all over Delhi, including popular bloggers, social butterflies and influencers. This glitzy affair was comprised of many fun-filled activities that catered to Women, Men and kids alike. Since every event in India is incomplete without a vast array of food, it was well taken care of. There were mouth-watering multi-cuisine food stalls by Dominos Pizza, Food Craft, Tea Time Tale, Khomcha, and ZI-FU in addition to several others that served delicious Food & Beverage options at the event. Crush Fitness engaged everyone and pumped energy into them at the event with their Zumba moves. Cook Gourmet, which is a gourmet ingredient delivery e-commerce, conducted a very interesting live-cooking workshop at the event where they demonstrated the ease of cooking fine dining recipes at home.

To add a touch of glamour to Karva Chauth, which was on the very next day, the Festival event had a spectrum of services for the ladies. The offers and services included special Mehendi sessions on both days with artistic mehendiwalas from Jaipur, along with exclusive bangles & bindis by Vamos and complimentary makeovers at the walk-in salons by Glam Ivy and Bottega di LungaVita. Designer jewellery, accessories, nail art, cosmetics, handicrafts, and a wide range of elegant ethnic apparels were all available at the event to delight every lady present there. All these were taken care of by the likes of Make-up house, Accessory Galore, Design Hub, Zaara Creations, Cardelicious, Pehnav et cetera.

The Full Moon Event catered to everyone drifting in, alike. There was a play arena for children, an assortment of gifting items for the upcoming festivities, in addition to groovy music to swoon at. A fun session of Tambola was organised and there were multiple quests that continued on both days, to win many exciting bumper prizes and lucky draws. The event provided valet parking services. People who attended the fest had a great time and were more than happy about it. They did not only go back with just happy memories but also with plenty of goodies.
The Full Moon Fest will be back next year with much more excitement and activities. If you missed it this time around, make sure to attend it next year for sure.
