Their mushroom and chicken puffs were yum. Very soft and perfectly baked.
If you want to grab something and leave, these are perfect for you.

Their oreo shake and cold coffee both are amazing.

Then i had a mixed sauce pasta which was just so delectable. Perfect flavors, pasta was cooked to perfection and the entire dish was delish. The chicken pieces were done very nicely.

Then i had veg spring rolls with a very tangy dip.
One of the best i've had since a very long time. The dip just brought up the dish so much
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Paneer Sandwich was delicious and very light ad yum.

Their open chicken burger is to die for. So huge, delectable and heavenly. You cannot miss it for sure. The fries along with the burger were so crispy perfectly fried. all in all, it was a complete package that i really loved.

Their chicken and cheese pizza is droolworthy. It was thincrust and amazingly baked. So happy to have eaten this. Really yummy.

They have also introduced biryanis in their menu.  I had the chicken biryani and oh it was wonderful. So yum and had such an amazing flavor. So loved it. recommended

Surely recommend their desserts to y'all. To be honest, all of them were fresh and really yum. White chocolate donut and blueberry cheesecake are surely something you can't miss.

All in all, my experience at doughlicious was brilliant and this place is surely worth visiting.

A LITTLE ABOUT DHABA BY CLARIDGES, DLF PLACE, SAKET.

We were at Dhaba By Claridges, Dlf Place, Saket and i am short of words about the fact that they treated me so well. DBC is surely serving oh so awesome food and one cannot deny that their food is unbelievably yum. Everything from starters to main course to the dessert, every single thing is worth drooling over.

We had some indianised drinks there which were just so khata meetha and delish.

Their vegetrian and non vegetarian starters are both top notch and yummy.
Balance in flavors, very tasteful and fresh. Their quantity is quite filling and everything looked very pretty.

Their desserts are to die for. Not too sweet yet they had perfect consistency.

TGI FRIDAY'S IS LOVE

(READ TILL THE END)

Well oh well, I know that we all know about how amazing TGI FRIDAY'S is but why not acknowledge them a little more for their delectable food, great ambiance and brilliant service.

I had recently gone to the one in DLF PLACE, SAKET and had some really yummy food.

The best part about them is their giant menu with such lovely options and then when your food arrives, you see such a huge quantity.

I ordered a mocktail called gold medalist, which is actually an awarded drink at TGIF. It was a mix of strawberry and banana and was quite yummy. My tummy was very happy after drinking this one. After ages i loved a mocktail so much.
You should surely try it.

Then i had a COWBOY TRIPLE MEAT PIZZA which was just mind blowing. First of all, it looked so pretty and then it tasted even better. One bite into this pizza, and you know it was worth ordering. A very juicy and yum pizza.

For all the meat lovers, this one is for you.

Then I had PASTA PUTTANESCA  which was just heavenly. A very different and delish pasta that i loved indulging into. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Then I had a veg and non veg mixed platter which was a dream come true. Except the chicken wings, i enjoyed eating every sngle item on the plate. The dips too were just too good.

Not that i didn't like the wings, I am just not a fan of chicken wings and so i just had one and it was pretty decent. If you order this platter and a drink, you are good to go. Its yummy, filling and really balanced. YUM.

In desserts, i had MOCHA MUD PIE and CLASSIC CHOCOLATE MALT CAKE and both were just yummy and droolworthy. I cant express how much i enjoyed eating both of these.

 LOVED THEM BOTH.

Treasures of the grand highway by JW Marriott

Mughlai cuisine is one of the most popular cuisines, whose origin can be traced back to the times of Mughal Empire. It consists of the dishes that were prepared in the kitchens of the royal Mughal Emperors. Indian cuisine is predominantly influenced by the cooking style practiced during the Mughal era. Mughlai food is quite spicy and has a very unique aroma. On eating It,
one can get a feel of the ground spices.

So to bring us back to the Mughal Era, K3, JW MARRIOTT , NEW DELHI,AEROCITY is celebrating a culinary journey , one of the world’s oldest trade route spanning thousands of miles along with chef VIVEK BHATT.
They have a vast variety on the menu. The chef’has done a great job in bringing out the best from Kabul to Kolkata.
I love how they keep trying out different things and always try to bring something new to the table.
I started my journey with the tangy banta and aam panna and both the drinks were refreshing.
Tried Bhatti ka Paneer - paneer tikka , well marinated and lip smacking in taste.

BANARASI PAN KE TALWAN KABAB- ever thought a pan in a kabab? Never tried this unique dish , very different and delectable in taste.
Amritsari aloo ki tikki- super soft tikkis, tasted nothing like aloo infact something far better.
In non veg starters there were many dishes out of which we liked the Peshawari chicken chapli kabab and kabuli barrah Kabab both were chef's special dishes and were luscious 👌

In main course we had-
Dal Makhni- dal which was cooked overnight enriched with butter and tomato, tasted superb.

Paneer was a bit sweet in taste otherwise the flavours used were decent.

Afghani chicken biryani and veg biryani -rich rice preparation made with kabuli chana, mawa and mewa .

Bhuna lacha palak - garlic and dried red chilli tempered spinach chiffonade and aloo dum banarasi were equally tempting.

And oh yes! The lahori chicken is not to be missed at any cost!

Coming to the best part ie desserts, i was totally impressed with the dessert plate which consisted of doodh ke ladoo , lancha , jalebi and badam biscuit , there was not a single sweet dish which i didn't like. Brownie points for it.

Overall team missfoodiediaries had a wonderful experience , kudos to Chef Bhatt and team at K3 for creating this magical experience. The fest is only till 13th august'16 so not to be missed at all!

NOT JUST PARANTHAS- RELATION OF MODERN & DESI

Not just parathas opened their gates fifteen years back and today they are one of the biggest food brands in Delhi,NCR.

I recently reviewed their outlet which is in GK2 which just got renovated and it’s a treat to the eye. They have paid a lot of attention on their décor which has the taste of old Delhi roads with a modern twist. From the lights to the windows and doors to the washroom everything is quirky and gorgeous.

To begin with we had their lassi and chaach which is something that you surely can’t miss. Their lassi was perfectly balanced with sweetness with the right amount which was just so amazing.

For starters we had, Chicken tikka chaat which was delicious and refreshing and then we had the star appetizer which was dahi ke kebabs. Their dahi ke kebabs are quite unusual but in a very nice way.
So soft and gooey and not at all heavy.  A dish you can’t miss.

Then I had NON VEG and VEG PLATTER which was so heavenly and droolworthy. Especially their veg platter has such a wide variety of various tikkas and what not, something you will surely love to indulge into. Their non veg platter is usual but it definitely had great and strong flavors.

In the main course I had PIZZA PRANTHA (so heavenllllyyy) which was a treat for the taste buds. So soft and delectable and a very different twist to the conventional paratha. They have a giant menu with loads of parathas to choose from and the moment you’ll start reading the menu, you’ll go crazy.

One paratha that you should surely not miss is the chur chur parantha. To eat this one you need to dig in both your hands, make it messy and tear out a piece from it. The most amazing experience I’ve had. Its oh so yum and I surely recommend it to everyone.

Their Dal Makhani  is a must try for both the non vegetarians and the vegetarians. I literally forgot I had a  butter chicken on my plate, which btw was very droolworthy and I totally dedicated my interest in the dal, which it surely deserved.

In desserts, we had rabri paratha with rabri kulfi which my god was one of the most heavenly desserts I’ve had.

All in all my experience at not just parathas was above excellence and I would recommend everyone to go here.

REVIEW ON DHABA BY CLARIDGES, EPICURIA

Everyone knows how lovely their food is and undoubtedly they serve some really good north Indian food.

Their food is delicious and their service is quick. We didn't really had to wait for anything and that's a very big plus point. Now coming to the ambiance, which was the highlight. This one in epicuria is a giant restaurant and has a very large sitting space and a bar too. Very quirky dhaba like decorations and a very nice Punjabi/Bollywood music too.

Coming to the food we had, the drinks were quite desi and tasty. The amount of alcohol was a little less but the desi flavours just made me so happy. Their cocktails are definitely something one should not miss. Very different, elegant and yummy cocktails.

The starters too were quite droolworthy. The menu is very wide and I personally loved the mushroom mix, Paneer Tikka, galaoti kebabs and chicken Malai Tikka the most. They are a must order items and you will definitely love the flavours that are infused into them.

The main course is again a big decision making situation because the menu is very wide. Their dal Makhani and butter chicken are definitely something you can order. Other than that the few other dishes we had were also delicious. Their desi chilli chicken was quite a dish because it had the chilli chicken taste but was definitely desi.

Their desserts were really tasty and yum. Especially the gulab jamuns.

All in all my experience here was amazing and I really enjoyed everything in total. Definitely a place worth going back.
