MANGO LASSI

HAPPY SUNDAY TO ALL OF YOU. :D

So, we are back with one more amazing recipe which is very easy to make at home and it is very useful to beat the heat during summers.

Mangoes are a favorite of many people. Till date, I have not found anyone who does not like mangoes. That's why it is called as KING OF FRUITS  :)



What better way then to combine the sweetness of mangoes with the coolness of yogurt.
So have a refreshing Mango Lassi to keep your summer sunday cool.

LETS START MANGO LASSI's RECIPE



Peel 4-5 medium sized mangoes and chop them. About 2 cups chopped mangoes. Add the chopped mangoes in a blender or mixer.Whichever variety of mangoes you add, just ensure that they have a smooth pulp.


Add 4-5 tbsp sugar. The addition of sugar can be skipped if you want or you can add as per your taste. Instead of sugar you can add jaggery or honey.




Blend everything till smooth.



Then add 2 cups chilled curd/ yogurt and add ice cubes(optional). If you want a slightly thin consistency, then add some milk to the mango lassi while blending.







Blend for some seconds till the everything is mixed well and the yogurt has become smooth.






Pour mango lassi in glass. So the MANGO LASSI can be served immediately or you can garnish with some mint leaves in you want.
