HINES CHRISTMAS LUNCH @ ONE HORIZON CENTRE

Hines is a privately owned international real estate investment, development and management firm which was founded in 1957 and is currently active in 19 countries world wide.

They had organised a Christmas Lunch at One Horizon Centre, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. This was a one-stop gastronomic experience for all the people attending it. Basically, One Horizon Centre has many offices situated in it which includes Coca Cola, Zomato, Apple, etc., and all the employees of these offices were invited here to enjoy the various types of eateries that were present there. Within 2-3 hours the employees enjoyed some hot food and cold winter breeze and got a little peace from their hectic office schedules.

There were many restaurants and food trucks who were present there to provide some of the best food to the people. Some of these were, Koyla Kebabs, Spice Saga, Lov'n Oven, Dessert Art etc. And some cute little food trucks like Eggjactly, Drifter's Cafe, Frugurpop, What The Truck,
 Rocket Chefs, etc/.

To begin with, I tried some delectable kakori kebabs and seekh kebabs from Koyla Kebab. The best part is to watch these kebabs being cooked and that brilliant aroma that fills the entire air around you. Their Kakori Kebab was droolworthy and the spices were so on point. Koyla Kebab brings to life traditional old school 'MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH' Kebabs.

After that I visited the most talked about food truck i.e. Drifter's Cafe. A truck which serves some excellent food. They keep in mind to provide affordable gourmet meals into everyday life using fresh locally sourced produce. Their food is wholesome, affordable and flavorful. By using the concept of 'meal in a box' these guys provide some really delicious dishes without compromising on the flavor or cleaniness of the food.

Tried their Basil and Mint mojito, water chestnut and corn dimsums, spring rolls and my very favorite the Balinese fish curry with rice.

If you're a fish lover, their balinese fish curry is something you should definitely have and it will leave you wanting for more.

Next stop was the Rocketchefs Food Truck. They aptly combines food knowledge, hospitality expertise, back-end support and a strong technological backbone to offer a cutting edge, and delightful food experience to its customers. Tried their Pepperoni Pizza which oh so delicious. It was loaded with pepperoni, bacon, and cheeeeese.
The thin crust pizza was loved by so many people who were there during the entire event.

Ate a very delish and heavenly Khao Suey from Spice Saga.
Spice Saga is a stage where chef's stir up traditional spices to conjure a meal that is steeped in India's tradition and history.

Dessert Art by Deepali Modi had the best fudge brownie. Dessert Art was actually a sweet gesture for friends and family members which slowly turned into a profession and was officially launched on october'13.

Their Fudge Brownie, Apple Cinnamon cake and their Banoffee Pie are the desserts you should not miss.

To end this perfect day I had a popsicle from Frugurpop which looked so appealing and tasted even better. These guys have a soothing blend of the natural sweetness of fruits spiced with dashes of citrus flavors and has become a gigantic revolution in the world of icy desserts.

I hope you had a great christmas and i wish you all a Happy New Year in advance.

LOADS OF LOVE
XOXO
